Why:
I’m headed to NYC tomorrow, so I’m treating Thursday as my Friday and in the spirit of casual dressing, this is what I put together.  Guys, I really love wearing jeans. Like, I really really love it. Especially when a little cold snap (or more appropriately, the real beginning of fall) hits. 

This ensemble is a good example of what I like to call the Rule of Threes.  Three elements always make me feel like an outfit is more complete than just a top and a bottom. Its an extra layer or accessory to pull it all together like a scarf, skinny belt, statement necklace or jacket.
