What we really like about this Polluce edition Anonimo is that the case is made from a bronze alloy, more commonly used in marine propellers, the use of which in watches was pioneered by Anonimo. Anonimo is an interesting brand making modern dive watches. If you see a resemblance to another brand with Italian history famous for it's diving watches, don't be particularly surprised.

Recently there's been a bit of talk on Hodinkee and elsewhere about the relative merits of patina on watches.
