How To Give A Hug To Your Friends And People You Love
How often do you hug people? Do you ever hug people in workplace? How do you feel after you giving or receiving a hug?
I heard from one of my friend David about a company that in every morning, employees have to hug each other, including their supervisors before they start the everyday work. It is a little bit too much. In between employees we can send a warm greeting to each other, not necessarily hugging, especially such an tylized and compelling?very day?hugging.
There something good. If there any way that can express someone love, concern or comfort to other people, it is a hug. It a friendly gesture, and it feels good. When we hug someone, even when we imaging hugging stranger on the street-though a little bit odd-our heart opens and love radiates out from it. By giving a hug to your family members, a friend you haven seen for a long time, someone who needs your support, or the girl you love, you can have certain feeling of security, and make your relationship closer.
Here some steps that you can give and receive a hug.
1.Approach a person. Well, it is definitely the first step, and it is easy. There are slight differences depend on the person relationship to you, such as the family members, friends, or lovers.
2.Clearly open your arms and embrace them. Don sneak up on someone and hug them, as that will not only startle them, but also be perceived as a little creepy. Open your arms wide in front of them so they can clearly see your intention. Wrap your arms around the person you want to hug.
For example, you can keep talking when you are hugging your family member. It is not that important where you place your hands. Stroke your hands quickly across the top of the hugged back, and smile when letting go.
3.Don hug too tightly.
You can decide how tightly or loosely to hug by how hard the hugged one squeeze. If he or she is soft, be soft back. If he or she like bear hugs and squeeze tightly, hug back the same way.
4.Don let go too early.
Hold the hug for 5 seconds unless youe been apart a long time. Since hugging is a powerful way to communicate your caring for another person, it can make you feel good, and greatly improve one mood. When someone hugs you, especially person who you haven seen for a long time or just feeling upset or down, he or she may want a long, loving hug, so you can go along with it until they let you go or loosen their hug. But if you just try to end it early, it may be a little awkward for both of you.
It simple, isn it? Walk up to the person you want to hug a few feet away, open your arms, wrap your arms around approximately their midsection. Hold for a few seconds, then let go.
